General Rules

• Photo of vehicle must be included with ATSV
• Any vehicle that is not authorised will not be allowed entry.  Security is very tight and unwavering
• Two persons are allowed free entry per vehicle per day to exhibit
• There is no charge to exhibit these vehicles
• Vehicles must be in pristine condition
• Sales are allowed
• Vehicles must be in on Thursday 1stMarch 2018.  Your exact time of arrival will be given to you
• Vehicles cannot be moved until 20H00 on 4th March 2018
• Pull up banners will be allowed inside the tents but cannot promote a product/s
• Feather banners will be allowed outside of the tent one per vehicle or organization.  We encourage this as it adds value, those banners cannot promote product/s
• No branding is allowed
• No vertical or horizontal banners are allowed
• Vehicles may only have a ¼ tank of fuel 
• Fire extinguishers in vehicles are encouraged
• No gazebos or large garden umbrellas are allowed
• No fires of braaing/cooking on site is allowed there will be ample catering
• Camping chairs are allowed
• On arrival you will be given a parking bay number & a display sheet on which to fill in the vehicles details
• Vehicles may not be moved once parked without consent of the marshal
• Sunscreen, hats & flats are encouraged
